One of the most rewarding aspects of being a loan officer is the lasting relationships I build with my clients. Many of the people I now call friends started as clients, and that’s what makes this work so special. There’s nothing better than closing on a home and then receiving a text from an excited new homeowner, a lunch invite, or even a simple Facebook friend request. Seeing families create traditions in their new homes and knowing I played a small role in making that possible is what keeps me passionate about this industry.

Each group brings something unique to the process, making every transaction an exciting experience. Living in a military community, I have the privilege of working with service members and their families, helping them navigate the homebuying process and ensuring they receive the best possible service. It’s incredibly rewarding to give back in this way, knowing how much they sacrifice for our country. Helping them find a home where they can build stability and create memories is one of the most fulfilling parts of my job.

I don’t just work in this community—I live here too. I volunteer at my kids’ school, coach local baseball and football teams, and, if I’m being honest, I probably go to the neighborhood grocery store way too often. Because of this, I see my past and current clients nearly every day, and I take great pride in knowing that I can look them in the eye, knowing I’ve given them my absolute best.
